For New Yorkers, you can contact the D.M.V. at 518-474-5282 choose option 4 from the main menu. . They will ask you manufacturer of the scooter which you will tell me is Huang. The model is HY50QT-5.
You will be informed that this scooter meets required standards and is fully street licensable. You do not need a motorcycle permit as the engine does not require a special license as it is under 50 CC. If you are from another state, select your local DMV office and make the inquiry to see if these are legal in your area.
When purchasing your scooter, choose you choice of one of these colors. Red, Blue, Yellow or Black as well as a second choice of color in case the factory is out of one. You should on average receive your unit in 3-4 working days. They are all the same 49.9cc. Just different color schemes and body styles are some what different, but all at the same budget price. The look is not determind until you open the crate. That we can not specify. You would receive one of the styles...Yes you will get one of the colors you pick. 99 percent of the time you get your first choice.

10 minute assembly is required involving one screw for the handlebars, one screw for the front wheel, and 4 screws for the front light panel. There are also 3 connectors to attach to the starting battery.

A note to everyone. I am working as an independant seller who's office is at home. I do this on the side so I am able to pass this wonderful machine to you. I do not have a showroom or a staff to support. Just me! The pictures above were taken at my supplier's warehouse/showroom. So basically I am trying to pass on a great deal that I found to others. I myself bought a red scooter (top left picture) and it is amazing. I am getting over 77 miles per gallon and the enging is not yet fully broken in. Another great thing about the scooter are the separate oil and gas compartments so there is no need to mix your oil and gas!!!
